The HIV Virus - For gay men the virus is going to be found in two bodily fluids: blood and semen (including precum). When and if either of these fluids comes in contact with microtears in the gums, finger cuticles, penis, anus, or skin the virus may enter the body, even if the tears are not visible or noticeable. The virus may also enter the body after landing on the eyes.
